Using sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices, expect to sample cool climate boutique wines along with seasonal platters of local produce at the cellar door; or take to the variety of outdoor areas to relax, like decks, landings, a courtyard and grassed areas. They are known for their award winning Blanc de Noir. Guests enjoy a glass of Pinot Noir, aged in French oak with an extended ripening period enhancing fruit flavour and subtle tannins; or pair a crisp glass of Pinot Gris with a cheese and charcuterie selection.
