Since opening in 2019 it has expended to include not only the productive farm gardens but also olive grove, orchard, medicinal herb and flower garden, rejuvenated vineyard of chardonnay and pinot grapes, bee hives, ornamental gardens, a sourdough bake house which focuses on slw fermentation and associated viennoiserie and a serviced 6 suite Lodge.

Our blend has a beautiful fresh/peppery flavour that is a delight on its own, and by adding it to your meal you will enjoy all the health benefits that premium EVOO has to offer!

We love producing premium quality small batch Jams and Marmalades from 100%  All Natural Ingredients,  following our Nonna's traditional recipes and methods, although we do add our own twist to the mix! .
