We love producing premium quality small batch Jams and Marmalades from 100%  All Natural Ingredients,  following our Nonna's traditional recipes and methods, although we do add our own twist to the mi.

All Doctors Creek Preserves are proudly produced onsite using locally sourced ingredients. With a wide variety of sweet and savoury preserves, you will be certain to find something to tantalize the taste buds.

I am a grower and cooking teacher. I teach rare trade skills through my farm ORTO. Wild yeasted bread making skills, pasta making skills, salami, fermenting, food preserving, foraging and wild edible fungi identification skills. I run chestnut and garlic harvesting sagras and tours of our farm.

Meredith Farm Produce has been created to promote and sell produce from the Meredith Dairy Farm. A shop & cafe "Meredith Farm Produce", has been purchased to showcase and retail the products. A kitchen garden and commercial kitchen compliment the theme for a Paddock to Plate experience.

Sweet Sage Farm is a small family run business based in Buninyong Victoria specialising in creating homemade condiments including jams, relishes, chutneys and gourmet salts. We also create Hydro Vessels and Propagation Stations using reclaimed timber.
