I am a grower and cooking teacher. I teach rare trade skills through my farm ORTO. Wild yeasted bread making skills, pasta making skills, salami, fermenting, food preserving, foraging and wild edible fungi identification skills. I run chestnut and garlic harvesting sagras and tours of our farm. We are an agritourism property with a farm stay and run private and public cooking classes.
