Springhill Farm
In 1984, Ray and Jo started hosting school and kindergarten children for a day on the farm, which finished with a muesli slice. Word got out and slice making became a full time job, and the rest is history. Now, Springhill Farms has grown into a national brand and employs over 50 people.

Established in 2018, 1816 Bakehouse is an artisan sourdough bakery in the heart of Ballarat. Our team, led by head baker Josh Chapman, is proud to bring our range of sourdough breads and house made pastries, hand made pies and freshly filled sandwiches to the Ballarat community. All of our products are made in-house at our bakery, café and retail space in Armstrong Street North. Our friendly team would love too see you for a locally roasted coffee and a bite to eat, sit down or takeaway.
