We are a truffle farm and restaurant located on 26 acres in the central highlands

Truffle Treasures was established in 2007 in the Goldfields Region of central Victoria using Holly Oak trees inoculated with Tuber melanosporum (the Perigord black truffle).

We welcome visitors to our purpose-built Truffle Treasure Trove, which provides dedicated space for showcasing the extraordinary characteristics of the mysterious black truffle – in the comfort of our cosy wood fire.

Mineral Springs Truffles is located near Daylesford and is a beautiful family owned and run Truffiere set on 15 acres in the picturesque hamlet of Spargo Creek.

For the past decade we have been interested in fungi, including the health benefits, and the adventure of finding wild fungi and cultivating our own. Autumns are spent basket and mushroom knifes in hand, foraging for wild mushrooms in the Daylesford region. While in winter our focus is on truffle hunting
