Mineral Springs Truffles

Mineral Springs Truffles is located near Daylesford and is a beautiful family owned and run Truffiere set on 15 acres in the picturesque hamlet of Spargo Creek.

For the past decade we have been interested in fungi, including the health benefits, and the adventure of finding wild fungi and cultivating our own. Autumns are spent basket and mushroom knifes in hand, foraging for wild mushrooms in the Daylesford region. While in winter our focus is on truffle hunting. We look forward to connecting with others who share our passion for all things fungi. Our Truffle Products come from the Truffiere, planted with French Oak trees, that are inoculated with the authentic Tuber melanosporum better known as the Perigord Black Truffle. All our products are natural, grown in Victoria, Australia.
