100% Solar Powered Micro-distillery | Gins, Liqueurs & Whisky

We are tucked away in the quiet Glenpatrick valley of the Pyrenees Ranges, Western Victoria - about 50 minutes north-west of Ballarat. Mrs Baker's Still House is female lead mirco-distillery making award winning gins and liqueurs. We are a very tight-knit mother-and-daughters team; Jane Baker the founder and power-house, Elizabeth the distiller and Georgette the designer. We share a passion for low-impact production methods, sourcing locally grown botanicals and using an award winning 100% solar-powered distillation process. We absolutely love the landscape that we call home and from our background in wine-making are incredibly passionate about crafting spirits that “harness the flavours of the Pyrenees”.

DISTILLERY EXPERIENCES

We have a number of experiences on offer at the cellar door. Mostly, these operate rather casually and are very flexible to your wants and interests. We highly recommend that you call and book ahead to let us know you are coming!

1. Intimate guided tasting or a solo tasting with notes provided

2. Guided tour of the Micro-distillery and/or Gin Garden available by appointment

3. Grazing platters and mixed drinks available by appointment

OUR PRODUCTS

Small batch Gins, Liqueurs & Whisky

We have a range of gins which includes Dry, Pepperberry, Fennel, Shiraz and Christmas gins. We also make small batch Vodka, Limoncello, Coffee liqueur, Triple sec and some seasonal limited releases. There is also Whisky, using barley grown in Skipton and malted in Ballarat. 


We also have a range of other farmhouse produce including gin salts, cordials, farmhouse preserves, olive oil, vinegar, and wines.
