Mrs Baker’s Still House

We are tucked away in the quiet Glenpatrick valley of the Pyrenees Ranges, Western Victoria, just about 50 minutes north-west of Ballarat. Mrs Baker's Still House is female lead micro-distillery making award winning gins and liqueurs. We are a very tight-knit mother-and-daughters team. Jane Baker, the founder and power-house, Elizabeth the distiller and Georgette the designer. We share a passion for low-impact production methods, sourcing locally grown botanicals and using an award winning 100% solar-powered distillation process. We absolutely love the landscape that we call home due to our background in wine-making are incredibly passionate about crafting spirits that “harness the flavours of the Pyrenees”.
