Driven by her deep love for the environment and her commitment to sustainability, Rachel has dedicated herself to finding innovative ways to reduce waste, support local farmers, and inspire healthier eating habits. Through initiatives like Scraps-to-Table, The Happy Plates Project, and Scraps Packs, Rachel is transforming the way we think about food—one meal at a time.

We are dedicated to producing quality, award winning beers which have been handcrafted in Hepburn Springs, Victoria, Australia. We pride ourselves on using locally sourced, natural ingredients whenever possible, ensuring that every sip reflects our dedication to craftsmanship and sustainability. As a producer, we have transitioned to incorporate ‘Hepburn Springs Brewing Spirits’, distilling gins and flavoured vodkas. Our spirits use on-site, regional and Australian grown products.
