At Hepburn Springs Brewing Co we believe that craft beer is more than just a drink - it’s an experience. We are a family-owned brewery, with 16 beers on tap, and proudly independent. We are dedicated to producing quality, award winning beers which have been handcrafted in Hepburn Springs, Victoria, Australia. We pride ourselves on using locally sourced, natural ingredients whenever possible.

At Cubby Haus Brewing, we use traditional methods and natural ingredients to create full flavoured small batch craft beer.

We are a small family run business that has been brewing since 2005. Located in Ballarat we began to make spirits in 2021 using a Tasmania make pot still. We make a selection of different craft beers and spirits.

Here at Aunty Jacks, we brew our own beer on site & it’s award-winning beer. Come grab a coldie, stay a while, and just enjoy being in the moment.
