We grow beautiful belted galloway beef on our family farm at Spring Hill, between Kyneton and Trentham in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria.
Belted galloways are a gentle, hardy, medium-sized, slow-growing heritage breed producing marbled beef full of flavour.
Our animals are grass-fed and grass-finished and we use only low-stress stock handling.
We are regenerative and biological farmers, caring for our soil and the nutritional needs of our cattle by rotational grazing mixed-species pastures grown without herbicides, pesticides and synthetic fertilisers.
We sell our beef direct through our website to customers throughout Victoria.
We deliver to Melbourne, Geelong and Macedon Ranges but encourage farmgate pickup so customers can learn about how their meat is produced and get to know us, the farmers.
