At Mt Franklin Estate we keep it simple: wines that make you smile. Traditional Italian-style wines from hand-reared vines, hand-picked fruit, genuine Mt Franklin water and an ancient volcanic landscape with a rich heritage. It’s about 570 000 years since our favourite volcano Mt Franklin – Lalgambook – blew its top and bedded down the dominant mafic geology that inspires our Mafic label.

Products: Mt Franklin Estate continues a tradition of fresh, accessible local wines, a nod to 19th Century Swiss Italian migrants whose legacy we enjoy today. Our standards are Pinot Grigio, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo-Dolcetto blends showcased at our on-site Wine Shed and in hospitality and retail around the Goldfields region, plus online.
