Breeding and raising rare breed Berkshire Pigs and British White Cattle for their paddock to plate award winning Pastured Whey Fed Pork &100% Grass Fed Beef and Nitrate Free Small Goods. All of their produce is born and raised at Brooklands and a part of the regenerative bio diversity of the farm building chemical free soil and working with nature to provide ethical and nutritionally dense produce.
Their multispecies salad bar grazing systems for the Berkshire Pigs help build the microbial soil army, as well as encouraging native grasses like Kangaroo Grass to thrive through the rotational grazing of the British White Cattle.
