Sault restaurant and farm established for over 20 years. Sault now has an extensive kitchen garden, growing commercial quantities of produce such as garlic, tomatoes, carrots, beans, potatoes, flowers and many more seasonal heirloom vegetables - plus extensive flower fields. Sault works hand in hand with local growers and producers. As a restaurant we offer a 3 or 4 course menu based around the farm and a 7 course Tasting menu as well as a plant based 7 course menu.

We are Sam and Carolyn and we've started a veggie farm in Smeaton, VIC. We grow all of our produce using organic principles, and we are committed to making a positive impact on the environment and in our community.
