Sault restaurant now has an extensive kitchen garden, growing commercial quantities of produce such as garlic, tomatoes, carrots, beans, potatoes, flowers and many more seasonal heirloom vegetables - plus extensive flower fields. As a restaurant we offer a 3 or 4 course menu based around the farm and a 7 course Tasting menu as well as a plant based 7 course menu.

We are Sam and Carolyn and we've started a veggie farm in Smeaton, VIC. We grow all of our produce using organic principles, and we are committed to making a positive impact on the environment and in our community.
