Mitchell Harris Wines

Established in 2008, the Mitchell and Harris family have been creating wines with elegance and finesse, reflecting the cool-climate characters of our nearby regions.
Based in our home town of Ballarat, and surrounded by the great vineyards of Western and central Victoria, winemaker John Harris, works closely with our growers in the Pyrenees, Macedon, and Ballarat wine regions to craft wines that show distinctive varietal characters and reflect the unique vineyard, region and seasonal variations. Crafted with a light touch, and without the use of fining agents, all wines in the current range are vegan friendly.
Our 150 year old former produce store, tentmakers, and motor workshop is now a showcase for our wines, and other treasures of our region, providing the full wine bar, dining experience and event space right in the heart of Ballarat.
