Mineral Springs Truffles is located near Daylesford and is a beautiful family owned and run Truffiere set on 15 acres in the picturesque hamlet of Spargo Creek.

For the past decade we have been interested in fungi, including the health benefits, and the adventure of finding wild fungi and cultivating our own.
