Wedgetail Farmstead

Wedgetail Farmstead is a first generation, family run goat dairy. Farming at Wattle Flat on the land of the Dja Dja Wurrung people.

Our aim is to provide local dairy products that our customers can identify as their own. These include artisanal goat cheese, yogurt and Cajeta (Mexican caramel). Being involved in every stage of the process ensures our products reflect seasonal variances in the milk and captures the ‘terroir’ of the Grampians region.
