Picked, Pickled and Plated will showcase the tiny producers of the Central Highlands Growers & Producers Hub, a well as the larger makers who we know and love. For the festival, our degustation menu will share the love we have for local produce, and how we preserve some of it to use all year round in a 6 course menu. Paired with wines from the 6 shires that cover the region.
