Between January 13th and February 16th 2025, Forage & Feast will be taking place through-out the Central Highlands. The festival endeavours to nurture the hidden gems of the region and enliven a traditionally quieter season with the vibrancy of local food, drink, and fresh produce. The festival cultivates a philosophy of indulgence, rejuvenation, and connection with local production powerhouses.
