Our ‘Explorer Session’ spirit masterclasses present an opportunity to discover not only our craft spirits, but the origins of the raw ingredients that we source from across Western Victoria, and the unique methods we use to distil our spirits.

Our ingredients include hand-foraged botanicals from the Grampians, grains harvested from the Mallee and Wimmera regions and then malted right here in Ballarat, as well as locally sourced volcanic water to proof all of our spirits.
