Learn how to make a fresh batch of Ricotta cheese using Inglenook Dairy milk and prepare a delicious and traditional "Spinach and Ricotta" filling. We will then craft some seriously delicious Tortelli Pasta.

Class starts at 11am and is followed by a shared three-course lunch, and a glass of wine.
